The Financial and Monetary Policy and Regulation Board is the highest governing body of the Central Bank of Ecuador.

It is responsible for formulating monetary and financial policy and overseeing its implementation by the Central Bank of Ecuador, in order to preserve the integrity and sustainability of the dollarization monetary system and the Ecuadorian financial system.
